Will my deaf child ever be able to attend College or University?

The short answer: yes.  A deaf child can receive the same education as a hearing child, if we choose an educational path where he can develop his full potential.  In College or University, interpretation services and note taking services are available for deaf and hard-of-hearing students, but only if the hearing loss is clearly indicated in the IPRC.
